· African American, American Indian Alaska Native, Asian Pacific Islander American, or Hispanic American
· US citizen, legal permanent resident or US national Entering an accredited US college or university fall ‘09
· Cumulative GPA of 3.3/4.0 scale (unweighted)
· Federal Pell Grant eligible
· All required forms completed (3) and submitted
