C. Cretors & Company located in Chicago, IL is looking for an International Market Manager to expand its presence and to manage its existing distributor network in Latin America and Asia/Pacific Rim.

Position: Reporting to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, the International Market Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, identifying product placement, product improvement and developing new sales channels within Latin America and Asia/Pacific Rim.

Responsibilities:

• Increase market share by analyzing marketing programs and adjusting marketing strategy


• Maintain rapport with customers by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; resolving problems


• Provide marketing insight into new product development as it relates to international markets


• Identify and rationalize new product needs by conducting informal market research


• Achieve sales objectives by setting sales and performance goals with distributors; presenting product line and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans


• Maintain distribution channels by qualifying potential distributors, training and implementing pricing structure for distributors and key accounts based on established guidelines

Qualifications:

• Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish a must. French a plus


• Ability to travel 50% to assigned markets


• Bachelor�s Degree


• Exceptional presentation, oral, and written communication skills


• 4+ years of sales experience-specifically in international markets


• Experience working with international distributors


• Strong attention to detail and customer service
